Deflate you tube in the heat.

Jeff Carstens from Facebook sent me a picture and want me to share with everyone. Please be careful in this heat everyone. As Jeff said if you happen to see a tube locked up in a hot car, do the right thing break the window and release the air, Save a Tube. (Of course, we are just kidding but this is what heat will do).

That is crazy. I always deflate after fishing. Thanks for the info.

I didn't deflate my FT bladders all the way down to flat but rather I deflated them down to where I could easily
push the bladders inward approx 2" - 2 1/2". I feel very good about this amount of deflation.

I just lost 2 bighorn tubes to the same type of rip / failure. both in same place, between u-bladder and lower backrest. almost pushed me off the seat before i got in to shore. heat not an issue. I just retired and bought 3 bighorns for the rest of my life. very disappointed. Two that ripped were from ebay and were in excellent shape as i used one for a year (12 times). I bought a new in the box orange one and its still there. I had a Colorado pontoon, was great except classic changed the fill location on the bladder the next year and sooooo......that was an expensive lesson. Classic fixed a togiak for me once but I've owned the orange bighorn too long. Does anyone know if Classic fixed their sewing / seam problems in the last two years?
