go to home depot, pick up a alot of pvc fittings and pipe and few clips and just go to town and once your done with your design clip it to the d-rings on the side of tube.
there are already lot of post on rod holders etc. do alittle search befor posting please.

Ah yea the plumber and remember do not glue it together until you get it in the water and adjusted and even after that you still don't have to glue if you dont want to
