Round #4 Ninja Event

Oct. 6th at the LAB
Meet up location is at Mothers Beach/Marine Park
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

sign in time is at 5pm-5:45pm
check in time
12:00am-12:30am.
During check in time lets try and keep it kinda quiet as there is house across the street and its late.

This is a "Live Weight In"

3 fish limit
12" size limit
Bass only
No chumming, live bait etc.
Artificial tackle only.

Series is for "Members Only"
Gathering is open to ALL

$5.00 tackle donation for gathering/series
$10.00 sign up fee for Series portion
$5.00 Series entry fee

"optional"
$5.00 Side Bet for Larest Spottie
$5.00 Side Bet for Larest Fish

This is Float tube or Toons only.

Once you check in you can go and fish anywhere inside of the bay that is legal to fish.
outside of jettys and anywhere not legal to fish will be disqualifed.

Everyone please try and have some type of lighting on your tube. Lets be safe out there.

And yes everyone, I did change the location for this event as I feel it will be better fishing for everyone.

HH has been very tuff lately and I want everyone to have good time.

This sounds like fun but i never floated saltwater, and a little far from riverside. Besides the thought of a seal popping up next to me in a tube would scare the chet out of me. Go ahead call me a puss and i'll agree with you.... lol!

Lol Just this past sunday my buddy had a seal or sealion pop up like 5 feet behind him,it threw a crazy splash out of no where & Just disappeared right after...we were all like wtf? What a Face

no biggie tho!

Thanks for the encouragement but i think i watched Jaws to many times...
Havent handled many saltwater fish except on cattle boats although i would like to fish the bay bass sometime..i hear there fun
Someday ill sack up and try it..

haha swimbait and phishing i was like u guys a few months ago i have np fishin salt and sometimes enjoy it more the best thing about it is u never no what your goin to catch u guyz need to come join us sometime its ahole lot safer feelin when theres alot of tubers out there then if it was just u and a buddy for the first time

Hey satlties...I have a shimano core 51 paired with a gloomis gl2 medium jig and worm rod. Would that be good enough to fish salt from a tube...I think I might just try salt...

Is it 1/4oz - 5/8oz or 1/8oz - 3/8oz? Either way it'll work. I have a medium light shimano crucial that's rated 1/8oz - 3/8oz that I like to use.
