About almost 2 years ago we did a work shop on the forum and it went pretty good. We have a few different tube out for people to see and we even had a Pontoon for people to see, and try. We I think it is time to do it again I was thinking of calling it an as float tube symposium.
We did this last one at Huntington harbor, but I am thinking maybe we could do this next one at a freshwater location. I would like to do Big Bear or maybe even Lake Gregory. Just some for now I was wondering who might be interested in getting involved in something like this with this. We would need to barrow a few tube waders as fins, I would like people to be in the water to help those that have never been out to fish in tube. The idea is to learn how to get into a tube, move around and get out safely.
We will discuss the difference in the types of tubes and Pontoons we have and discuss safety when using tubes and toons. Generally we are showing people how to use tubes and toons as well as answering there questions. This would be a none fishing event but we will close up at say 9am and then we can fish
No date as of yet but what do you think and do you wont to get involved.
