Here's to our health everyone!!

Copy and paste from Facebook:

(Wader Skins) Ron Beltramo: I hear that people who fish suffer fewer heart attacks. Any truth to this?

(My niece) Brieana Don: Yes ... people who see the water regularly have regular relaxation.
Seeing nature reduces stress and calms the mind, thus elongating your lifespan.
There have Been many studies about this.

(Me) SP Dan: I personally know that the longer that my fishing sessions lasts, the more relaxed that I become and I find that my daily build-up of stress
is dramatically reduced and that I am much calmer as an end result of being on the water fishing.

Or on the other hand ... it could be my OCFD kicking in!  lol!  Either way ... I luv fishing and it's benefits!  Cool

Have fun fishing and relaxing ... tight-lines everyone!  Thumbs Up

When we get in the water and propel ourselfs we are closer to nature than in a boat. The energy required is a healthy outlet for the most part.

Cheers!!
