Sales @ wal-mart

Just left the wal-mart located in chula vista. For $10 picked up a 3 pack of Plano storage bins...the first is for crankbaits, the second for spinnerbaits and the third is wagerproof. Not perfect for fitting in tube pockets but still a great deal considering the waterproof case alone is usually around $10+ and ive been looking all over for spinnerbait/crankbait containers and havent seen them except for bass pro shops. Wish they made spinnebait containers for 5 spinnerbaits though that would fit in my tube...that would be cool.

Also i saw a $20 Berkley digital scale that was $15 and a set of lip grips originally $25 now for $20. Not huge savings but still enough to make a difference.

The Foothill Ranch one has some stuff on sale too but the only real deals were on some Okuma spinning reels that came with a extra spool for $30 regular $40, looked pretty descent for the harbor and were rated for 6 8 10 lbs line.

Yea wal-mart has a pretty crappy selection in my opinion but sometimes they'll have random things on sale. I remember one year picking up random crankbakts all for 5 bucks. The only bad thing is that wal-mart is a supporter of the MLPA....which doesnt make sense considering they have a decent sized tackle selection.

I have heard and seen that when a Wal-Mart is going through a remodel you can get some great deals. The Wal-Mart near me about 2 years ago was being remodled and there was all kinds of tackel on sale for $1 or $2. So whos Wal-Mart is being remodeled and where is it.

Yep they did the same to LB towncenter a year or so ago. Great fishing deals then!!!

Maybe we should have a Wal-Mart watch on the board

overstockbait is doin a 50% off spring cleanin up they got a few good things on there
