NIB - Shimano Torium 14

Hey guys I have a NIB Shimano Torium 14 for sale. It has never been used only taken out of the box when I got it then put right back.

I can let it go to a FTFF member for $130. This reel is great for all the local Yellows.

Yeah I got it as a gift but never had a chance to use it. Got to thin out the arsenal if I want to get anything new!

Looking at the TRANX or a Tallica....decisions!

Also Abu Garcia is coming out with a new reel around sept that is going to be better than the tranx a lower price tag.

Well I have played with the TranX at the FHS...even sold a few. They will do everything a Trinidad 16 can do with the benifit of the level wind. 420 yards of 50# braid 25lbs drag and super smooth.

I do have a few Abu reels and I like them alot so it will be interesting to see their answer to the TranX.

Eeeeeya buddy! I played with the Tranx at the store a little. Course haven't fished it yet. I just can't get over the "Edsel" factor of this reel. I think Shimano is great no doubt. But I don't think I would ever want to get this one. Or even covet it.

I guess I'm just a die hard Abu guy...

BUT I can say Shimano rocks...I don't think too many Shimano guys would say the same about ABu.
