I have an ODC 420 and really love it.

Two weeks ago I tore the outer cover or shell on the left pontoon side. Not exactly sure how it happened as I was exiting the tube I felt a liitle pressure from the apron and looked down and the cover was dust.

I emailed Creek Company and they said send it to us and we will look at it. I figured what the hexk, all they can do is say so sorry.

I mailed it to them on a a Tuesday or Wednesday knowing they only looked at warranty stuff on Thursdays. On the following Friday, within 10 days, I had a big box on my doorstep.

I pop the box open and it is a new ODC 420 cover. That is quick service. I am impressed and as you might guess stoked.

Just thought I would pass along a positive customer service encounter. Creek Company is pretty awesome.

I have the same one. I had some trouble with bladders but they took care of me right away. Lifetime warranty is what they told me on the phone. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

I read something about the warranty that it doesn't even cover wear and tear lol which is basically the warranty, knowing that I really took care of my odc 420 but now I know their customer service is good I can look to using it if anything happens but I will continue taking care of it
