What fish finder would you recommend putting on your float tube?

Hummingbird 120 or 140 depending on your budget

The fishin buddies are probably the easiest to put on a tube and most convenient, but I use a Garmin Echo 150 and with the right mods it's just as convenient to mount and transport. All about personal preference I guess.

what I like of the Humminbird 140C is that it has down and side sonar

Man..this post was from last year,Mega bump! haha
For sake of arguement, there are a several FF on the market, just depends on how much you wanna spend.if you have the coin, I would invest in a Mark-4 chartplotter if you dont mind a gray screen which retail $249-would fit well on a tube and is light, Mid range ($200 range)I would recommend Humminbird 561 with dual beams or the popular fishin buddy 120 or 140C, Under a hundred-Piranhamax 160 which is your basic FF. Hope this helps.
