Does anyone know if there are any float tube related booths at the Fred Hall Show? I have gone for years, but never payed attention if there is a booth geared toward float tubing. Now that I have a tube I would love to see some accesories for sale or to get ideas on how to trick the tube out.

check the fred hall website but in past years I haven't seen anything "float tube specific" although people that are there do float tube.

Besides, you're already at the right place to figure out all your float tube questions.

As far as rod racks go you can either build your own or buy one from me Thumbs Up

You make a good point, this site is awesome so far. I hate being a newbie(tubing only), but we all start somewhere, at least I know how to fish Smile

Those rod racks that you make are awesome. Is the black pipe more durable than the white PVC pipe? I might give it a shot to make my own, can't cost more than $20 to make?

I went with the black abs as a color preference. I wanted black and didn't want to paint it because paint rubs off and peels.

If you're building your own the price all depends on how many tries it takes you to make the one you like... these work the first time around!

I bought one from .:LOLLY:. and it is well worth the money. It was set up right and all I had to do was clip it on and I was in business.
As for the Tubes at Fred Hall I don't think they have anything specific at least not the last time there. But if we all get together and amke our presence known maybe things will change in the future.

I've been going to the Fred Hall Show for years both Long Beach and Del Mar and i haven't ever seen float tubes there except for one time at Turners both.
