pyramid lake ca?

Dose anyone know if float tubing is allowed at pyramid lake? seems like a good place to fish stripers from a tube.

I don't think you can if I recall correctly, I know I looked into before.

We were there about a two months ago and asked that question. Yes you can. They charge to inter the water with a foat tube, a few bucks I think. I understand they have good fishing there. Lots of youtube fishing at this lake, check it out before you go to find out what to take. Good luck

Good luck finding something that says yes to float tubing on Pyramid. I did check on another forum and their info does say that you can tube it. Make sure you are well visible and it is recommended you WEAR your PFD. Not just have it handy. Watch the wind factor there also. It looks nice in the morning, then the wind is known to come up in the afternoon..So you need to watch how far you are kicking away from where you started, cuz it might be a pain gettin back there.Sounds like it gets crazy on summer weekends with boaters and jet skis..But then where doesn't it..
