X2 with Lolly and what are you fishing for. What size line are you using and what type of baits are you throwing. We need more info to help you out more but outside of all that, I would make sure it's on a phenix blank wrapped by wiseguy.

thats a wide range haha. so 1/4-1oz?
theres quite a few rods out there with that rating.

but just remember if you dont use technique specific rods, you're gonna sacrifice performance with certain plastics.
a rod rated 1/8-3/8 will easily out perform these rods when throwing 3inch swimbaits, drop shot, and weightless senkos. but of course you wont be able to throw 1oz spinnerbaits or frog with it.

i use a powell max 702cef for most of my finesse fishing. but theres no way in hell i would ever think about trying to pitch & flip, throw big spinner baits and frog with it. it would feel like a noodle with those baits on it.
and yes, i consider 3 inch swimbaits a finesse technique.
