FIRST TRIP EVER.

I had the time of my life. first time going out on a float tube (had the thing for 2 years). someone should have dragged me out of my house to go, I have been missing out for so long. I caught 6 fish, missed about 12. I was fishing from about 11:25 pm to 2:25 am. it was a full moon and here is a picture of my biggest fish, weighed about 5 pounds.

Did you sneak into Loveland? Wonder why they won't let us tube that lake? Can't be for safety reasons, it is dangerous from the shore with the Rattlesnakes and drop-off cliffs.

Great job! Suggestion if you're planning to hit the water that late again. Get yourself a green sundries light, hook up to a 12V battery source. That light will attract the smaller fishes all around your tube, which will then allows you to hunt for the bigger ones. I have mine mounted right below my tube. As the sun goes down, flip the switch, and I'm ready for some monstrous action with jigs and crankbaits.

What is wrong with you...lol!! Just now getting out on the tube. Bet you were thinking what took you so long. Plus you had a great outing, awesome!! I'm sure you have plans to use that bad boy from now thru the end of the year. Gettem!!!!

How were you able to get away with fishing at night ?
I tried a few years ago
