Anyone of you get a postcard in the mail from DFW stating that the report card needs to be turned in by January 31, 2014? WTF? The season ends on March 19, if I'm not mistaken.

Then it says that if I plan to fish the remainder of the season that I need to purchase a new report card, that's bull! Evil or Very Mad

HaHaHa, that report card was only good for 2013 not 2014. You need to put in this year to play again! Also don't forget to go online and turn your card in, if not they can fine you $25! No joke... I did it Monday

It depends on when you bought your card. Either way it should say on the actual card the dates that it's good for. There are cards from 2013 that end on December 2013 and there's other cards from 2013 that end at the end of the season in 2014...

what you get a fine now if you dont return them. I have never sent mine in and I have never gotten anything in mail before. must be something new there doing
