Freshwater VS. Saltwater again

So what do you guys think first we need to have 2 new captains one for each group. But first it was suggested that I clean up both lists and get rid of those that are not involved anymore. So I will put it to a vote, should we clear both list and have people resign up. Or just leave it as is and run another saltwater vs freshwater competitions this summer.

I say clear out the list of the people that you know who hasn't been on or post in months/years.

The easiest thing would be to wipe out the list and start fresh.

I would like to see two captains and have a draft. Each captain picks one by one who will be on the team. That way some fresh guys will end up having to do salt and vice versa.... or just switch the existing list. so all the salt guys fish fresh and fresh fishes salt...

Newbie so not knowing how this works.
Love fishing salt and fresh so any details are appreciated.

We had a fish off a few months back where the attending fisherman were either representing Fresh Water or Saltwater they each had a specific fish to catch... (largemouth, Spotted bay bass ) no size limit it was just who caught more fish in the designated time frame. you could choose your own body of water to fish at. to verify your catch a photo was needed of each fish along with a code that was given to us the day before. Some how team Fresh won..... lol... just kidding they did well. that's pretty much the tale of the tape...

I have a question for the entire forum... I have been part of the FTFF since the beginning. if this salt vs fresh contest does happen again. is the forum members willing to allow me to fish from my prowler? and if so will there be any restrictions placed upon it. ( I know we have toon owners with motors on them ?) I would understand if I were to be limited to my trolling motor only instead of the gas outboard. Let me know what you guys think. Thanks

How long is the time frame of fresh vs salt?

from what i remember i think it was 6am to 1-2pm sorry if im wrong but it was for sure 6 to around tht time....

I remember this Event .. oh yea that's right .. We Won    also how big was that bass I caught again ? .. anyhow I am down

I have not come up with any details yet but it this point it looks like we are going to clear the list and you guys can re-sign up your allegiance to which ever team you wish to fish with. We might do something like last time or maybe we change it up and you guys have to switch the waters you fish in.   not sure we will see for now vote on the top clear the list or leave it alone

OK looks like we are going to clear both Freshwater and Saltwaters lists, once I do this I will let you know and you may sign up for the team you want to be part of. Before I do all this we need 2 new captains one for each group who wants to step forward.

If I am allowed to fish from the pond prowler I would love to be the saltwater captain. the vote is still up to the forum.
