These fins are just 29.00 and I'm just getting started. They are back ordered but would you recommend these for small ponds and small lakes in Okla?

Hi Bill. I can't really comment on the fins, just wanted to give a shout out to a fellow Okie. I'm in socal now, but cut my teeth on bass all over Oklahoma waters. What part of the state do you fish the most?

OklaBill,
If it is in you budget go for it and enjoy.
But if you catch the addiction you are going to want to move up to better fins. I'm sure you've searched the site and see a LOT of us recommend high dollar fins.

I live in the Tulsa area and we have lots of great small lakes in the area. Dripping Springs is high on my list of places to try first.

Awesome. I grew up in Wagoner. Fished a lot of ponds around there. My grandparents live in Miami, so I fished tons of ponds there over the summers as well.

The Creek Co light weight fins work very well.  I've used them for several years--more than 10-- as have several fellow backpackers who carry ultralight float tubes (Backpacker Pro & Wood River) and these fins into mountain lakes.  They are very light weight fins, strap easily onto the outside of a backpack, provide good propulsion, are reasonably durable, and they float.  We've purchased all of ours through the Cabelas website.
