Lake Perris info

I just heard from a friend who fished Lake Perris today that the Bernasconi area gate will be open finally on Saturday April 28th. He did not know if it will once again be a "self serve" entrance gate, without a park worker to take your $.. where you write your vehicle license number and name on an envelope along with the parking fee money (was $10 a few years ago) seal it and drop it in the locked metal box. And by the way, they do drive thru and make sure you have paid. The Bernasconi area is my favorite float tube fishing area on the lake, and with the water being so high, maybe the walk won't be so long, from the parking lot to the lake.

This is good news for sure.
