Float Tubing Bay Area?

Hey all,

Was curious for those of you up in the Bay Area where you like to float tube out there. I read a brief article of a guy who hit the Alameda Rockwall area for halis. But what about freshwater?

I've also been quite curious to hear if anyone up there has FT fished for Stripped Bass in the Bay? After all ... that is their estuary.
I haven't read any such reports.
