Ok you r going to think I'm nuts, SP Dan hearing voices, but I can not for the life of me get the outer case to unlatch...........HELP..........GT

I don't know if they work the same way, but I had a similar problem with my knockoff and it was the little sliding plate in the middle that unlocks the latch. You have to be sure it's all the way over and not cocked. Mine was like 3/4 of the way over and jammed and I didn't notice at first look. Hope this helps!

No sliding plate. Has an arrow pointed forward on top of the latch..........thanks Bob

I went to YouTube and started typing "GoPro case..." and the suggestion "latch" came right up, so you're not alone. This might be it, or there are others...
