Went out Friday night after work. Met up Kevin and Dave aka floatingbassturd. There were on the water a little before me. I was on the water around 9pm, where I had a fin break. Luckily kevin brought an extra pair and dave was able to motor over to me pretty quickly with his set up.
After this little fiasco was fishing the yacht club wall with a black and blue ZMan Shroomz micro finesse with a black and Blue smartbaits grub and third cast in got a nice little 12 inch sandbass. a few more casts later I swtiched up to a new bait, a 3 in Zman scented shrimp in new penny. First cast on this bait I got a legal 14 in sandbass.
Kicked acorss the channle and started fishing the docks and rocks and caught two more small sandbass on the shrimp bait. I started fishng a Keitech easy swimmer in black and blue that dave gave me and had about 4 short bites on that. at 11 pm I was off the water. It was a good couple hours on the water.
