Went meat fishing at one of the local lakes for trout. Found this recipe. It was pretty good.

Dang, I just finished a dinner of Catfish and tomato soup. That recipe would have worked for me.

I am a very simple guy: flour, salt and pepper.
I love the taste of trout ... not so much all the other flavors.

What size (lb) trout would you recommend for this flavorful recipe?
