So I found a leak in my Float Plus 1 after my last outing. I am pretty sure the little Sand Bass I caught caused it with a little help from me. So I decided it was time for a repair today
Here is how I did it.
Step 1 find the leak, no need to remove any bladders as everything is on the out side. Simply use soapy water to help you find the leak. In this case it was a pin hole leak.

Step 2 dry and Mark the hole I just used some masking tape to cover the hole but it is a better idea to make it with a pen.

Step 3 use the proper glue (below is what I use) to adhere the patch to the pontoon over the hole. I used a D-Ring to cover the hole just to I had a place to tether my landing net too. The boat comes with all you need for repairs including the PVC to patch as well.

Step 4 let it all dry and you are back in business in less the an hour

I have been lucky enough to never have to deal with a leak over the last 25 or more years. But the streck is over and the repair could not be easier. I have always said these hybrids are almost bullet proof, the important word almost.
