different container for bait scents

k so i stumbled on a new container for bait scents that is no drip, leak proof, and very efficient and small in size.

theres a new concentrated drink mix called MIO liquid water enhancer. just make sure u clean it out real well but the top dispenser hole is made of silicone and very awesome for liquid scents like smelly jelly.

just thought id share it with everyone

cool. i got an exctract of sea urchin and is very good but the consistency is very thick and the bottle kind of hard so is dificult to squizz the sh*^$# out! you think that bottle would work for that thinck stuff? Also, what you think on keeping the swim baits on a sealed bag with the scents to impregnate the smell on the plastics better?

k so the original bottle is on the left...then no label and then smelly jelly.

and as to super thick stuff...i dont see why not...its got a kind of silicone top that even if u turn it upside down with water and its open it doesnt leak. it just might be a little more effort to get sqeeze it out but i think it would work as long as the scent is liquid enough to be poured in

and as to swimbaits...i leave them in a bag at home in scent just hoping i guess they will soak up the scent lol. but when im out tubin i grease them up like every third or fifth cast not so much for the scent part but so its harder for a fish to clamp down on an 8inch bait thats a lil slippery...it just helps drive the hook home in my opinion

thanks guys...it was one of those ideas that comes up in the moment. i was bout to throw the container away and the smelly jelly was nxt to it and a lightbulb came on lol

but if u guys try it on the water lemme know how it works and ill do the same. sometimes the containers scents come in r to cumbersome for a tube

That's a good idea, but do you dip or squeeze when you apply scent? The first time I was out I tried squeezing scent on my lures and ended up getting it all over the place so I found a wide small bottle and now I just dip my lures into the entire bottle and give it a few seconds for the excess to run back into the bottle. Seems to work better for me that way, but only tried it once.

with this bottle the little silicone opening puts out a very narrow and direct stream...u can squeeze it all over ur bait and yet there is no excess scent on the container like nearly all liquid bottle. most bottles or containers u end up with drips running down the bottle but not with the lil mio bottle. thats why i think it will work so great. iv played around with it at home and the liquid only comes out when u want it to and it goes exactly where u want it to go. coudlnt ask for more

Sweet that's exactly what I was having with the bottle it came in, to thick of a stream and excess dripped everywhere. I'll definitely have to give one of these a try!!

thats why I love Hot Sauce. You dont have that problem unless you leave the bottle in the sun when its 100F + outside then it comes out kinda fast but when that happen, just drip in the water and that cools it right back down.

I agree with miller and it last a long time.

way too much work for what you guys are using when you can buy a better product and a way better bottle.
