The Dagger Pro by Dave Scadden boats

I just admire new float tube products and here is one I found this morning. So I just wanted to share and see what everyone thinks of this design.

Dave is pretty innovative with new designs.
Weight savings in his frameless pontoons is a big plus for this 59 year old body.
No need for trailer, transport wheels for my 9 footer.
Trade off may be long term durability compared to heavier craft with likely thicker PCV - but we will see.

Stiletto looks interesting as it is even more low profile than my scadden detonator so better in the wind at Barrett and big bear.

True catamaran design with the the seat up off the water and water displacement only from the smaller quad tubes
Main thing limiting hull speed on the detonator going forward was bow wake coming down the middle and hitting the rigid seat at higher throttle especially w chop.

I always worry about the price of Scaddens toys. Very cutting edge, but pricey.

You do sit much higher up.
The wind could be a bugger!!
I think that a lot of people can appreciate that it is much lighter than the heavier models.
