I think it is very useful, a bit expensive, but cool. It could eliminate glare problems in the sun.

Been thinking about a adding sonar to the tube to help my nonexistent deep game at Barrett after the am topwater bite dies.
Would be great to eliminate unproductive water, especially with limited range in the tube.
Just need a small tube friendly livescope bundle and a way to power.
Dont really need a rotating mount or side scanning, can just turn the tube w fins...haha

Using smart glasses, interesting thought.
Can you get a smaller, cheaper head unit/sonar with HDMI out and use glasses as your main display?
