I do know a guy that fishes it from shoreline. He does pretty good every once in awhile! But you didn't hear it from me.... scratch

Hmmm,.. smells like an exploratory trip, suspect it may be good during special conditions, high current, plus tides? after a good rain? high outflow? Migratory fish population,..In and out with the tide,.... hmmmm.
Does anyone know of any restrictions?
Feels like a good bait spawning area.
Wonder what the bottoms like?
Hmmm,...

Well the bottom is a slime covered concrete until it gets to the ocean...there are lots of bass and halis in there that feed with the tides!

I've fished some spots with Ed. A lot of sting rays for sure. I have heard and seen guys going through the fence holes to go for halibuts in some great spots from what I've been told. The areas I have been to require ninja tactics to fish as no trespassing signs are posted.

Is there some better legal access points to fish? I have seen rowers in the channels from time to time so maybe small water craft?
