Just wanted to say Hi to everyone, bought my first float tube and looking to take it out fishing. want to fish the bays and harbors. I have no idea what to do so any advice, tips or tricks would be greatly appreciated. I live in the OC Area.

Ok boys and girls, round #1 of our gathering/series is here.

June 10th, Newport Harbor - Spotties only.
6am-6:30 check in time at Starbucks parking lot at the corner of Newport Blvd and Via Lido, southeast corner.

Dead line to meet up is at 2pm at Jack N Box, corner of PCH and W Balboa Blvd.

Once you check in you can go anywhere in the bay to launch and fish that is legal to do so.

Spotties only
3 fish limit for series only
13" size limit
No cut/live bait.
This is digital weight/photo.
Series is for "Members Only"
Gathering is open to ALL

$5.00 tackle donation for gathering/series
$10.00 sign up fee for Series portion
$5.00 Series entry fee

$5.00 Side Bet for Larest Spottie
$5.00 Side Bet for Larest Fish

This is Float tube or Toons only.

With this being a 3 fish limit for the series, all 3 fish photos need to show signs that it is a different fish. In other words, be honest guys.

If you guys would like to pay the $10.00 sign up fee befor hand to help make things easier it would be much appreciated, paypal link is below.
you can also pay the day of the gathering as well.
