yeah i was thinking about getting Breathable waders with stocking foot but friend of mines said neoprene is better and they said Breathable gets leaks easier so it kind of got me thinking.

Just get one size larger than what you typically wear...

It is usually freezing weatherwise when I head out, neoprene are warm as both in and out of the water.

What brand waders do you have?

You can always layer up under the breathable waders to stay warm but there is no way to cool down the neoprene.

I usually get my waders a size or two big so that I have room to wear a couple pair of sweat pants under if I am fishing fridged waters.

On a warm day neoprene sucks on every level!

I've had my Hodgman waders for a couple of years now and no complaints here. The butt and knee areas are reinforced with extra layers of material... They even came with a wading belt

I've been using Albright and have no complaints, hard price to beat too...
