1st saltwater tubing experience

We got there at about 11am and was launched by noon we picked up some live bait and we started fishing. We fished along the rocks for halibut but no luck after few hours of tubing I was dead from my legs (forgot my fins). So I started to fish from shore with my gf after 30 mins my rod goes bendo I go to set the hook and bam nothing I just see my live bait torn up from the bite. Overall a great day and im definitely hitting up the saltwater alot more

You must be in fantastic shape buddy, I forgot my fins once, kicked out about 30 yards and let the wind blow me down the shoreline. After an hour I used the wind to blow me in to shore and walked back. I was kicking like Fred Flinstone to make those 30 yards too.

Even with out fins you managed a good trip cannot ask for more then that. Next time when you get out and you have your fins you will be landing the fish, you can count on it.

Oh man no fins....crazy..but way awesome that you got out...once u get fins it will b a million times better....whare did u fish??? And welcome to the forum!!!
