ALMOST A PERFECT DAY

So hit the Jungle with Augie 5:30 am launch started out the day just wanting to land my first big ole butt. So we kicked out and I started to drop shot a fools bait hawg seeker with my first taker being a rock fish about 12" my second victim a spottie about  10" third casualty a  Bocaccio about 12" also got a calico but it wasn't picture worthy. Then the bite went dead for about an hour then landed a few smaller rock fish we  decided to start heading back to the launch spot. On the way back I got a nibble but didn't think much of it then another nibble then got slammed and it was on. After tangling up in Augie's line as he came over to net the fish I was baptized by my first legal big butt. It was a good day to be fishing not to hot and water was nice and cool although I kept getting bit I couldn't seem to land any fish , I guess I'm on a skunk streak. Marty was on fire today and it was a blast helping net your first butt.. Lol
