Rental boats and pontoons are available for your convenience.

I guess this is until further notice? Permanent?

DAM that sucks I wonder what happened to prompt this to happen.

We can still RENT their stuff and use the lake.

I don't think anyone here knows what going on.
We are all on the look out tho

pretty much what happened was that 2 yrs ago the lake had a tragic incident where a small boat was snuck into the lake along with these people (they hopped a fence)  . they choose to launch the said 9' Boat and put 4 people in it all drunk with no life jackets .. 2 people drown that night and 2 made it to shore with the help of a security guard .

So this case finally settles with the insurance company paying a crap load of $$$ out for this accident on the water due to these knuckleheads ..in turn for Irvine lake to keep there insurance policy they had to agree to a new terms of service ... No private water craft of any kind ! They can still rent there boats out as they can insure everyone on board will have a life jacket provided .. that is the Jist of it ..
