I saw this the other day as well. I could not find very many reviews yet, but for 10 bucks it is worth a try.

saw this as well . not sure on the regulations on using this in a freshwater - saltwater environment as this would be considered chumming i would believe .

Sure sounds like chumming to me too.

CA Freshwater sportfishing Regulations wrote:1.32. CHUMMING.
Placing any material in the water, other than on a

But if you had 2 rods and threw the chumball on one and fished with the other that should be ok.
