Good Stuff, one question for you do you swim or jig your hook up bait.

Both.

I will normally change things up and try to tease and or tempt them into chewing.

If I get a lot of short bites, I'll normally slow it way down, and because they are interested .. I will allow them more time to chew and to get the hook set deeper inside their mouths.

I will also allow them more time to load-up the pressure on my line rather than trying to set the hook and end-up yanking it out of their mouths.

Bottom line: Don't be afraid to mix it up. Good luck!
