I've given my used / spent HUB's a face lift.
I've been saving all my Owner jig-heads from all my spent HUB's and have not only just cleaned them up but have given a few of them a new start by powder coating them.
I think they look different in a good way.
I'll be trying them out tomorrow (Mon) morn at Mother's.
I broke out my powder coat equipment and I proceeded to paint my cleaned Owner jig-heads:
My different colors of powder paint.

This is how I heat the lead jig-heads and where I dip the plan Owner lead jig-heads into the powder paint.
It's recommended that you use your toaster to heat the lead, I don't use my toaster.
I happen to be using the color "glossy black" at this time.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
The cool down period, just a hanging and a chillin'.
It's just takes a few minutes for them to cool and dry to a hard shell.

Super gluing the eyes back on

And the end results folk's!
The top two on left side are not powder coated- they are just the plan Owner lead inside the replacement HUB body.

The bottom two HUB's on the left side are not powder coated- they are just the plan Owner lead inside the replacement HUB body.

I'm sorta favoring the appearance results of the black powder coated jig-heads with the replacement HUB body's.
Thanx for checking out my latest DIY project of powder coating.
