For 11 years I have been running this forum we have had plenty of ups and downs and we have had our fair share of issues from time to time. But have been luck to have very few issues that have ever been to big.
I would like to say that it is important to understand we all have different opinions and have different needs when we are out fishing. Some really enjoy the simplicity of this sport and love to keep it that way. And some like the next new great idea that gives them more options.
An argument can be made that are some of the new hybrid boats really float tubes and I will say they are hybrids just that. We had a discussion years ago does a kick boat or Pontoon fit the description of a float tube and we decided yes as you legs are still in the water. No you might not agree with this and that is just fine you are entitled to your opinion. The new PVC style float tubes are just that NEW. There are plenty of people out there that love the Model-T car but that does not mean there is not room for growth like the Mustang. That is what we have here just growth and I for one am always willing to talk about the 1940's round donut as well as the 2021 Roughneck and more. They all have there place on the water.
We have recently had a slow down in discussions and it seems to me that it is picking up again which is the way forums go. I am putting this out there not to pick or point out any persons only to say let's just stick to the topics and if you have nothing to add that is OK someone will and someone will gain from another's experience or knowledge. So as we welcome new members and new ideas let's do our best to welcome them and there idea's with open minds and if you disagree that is OK let's just try our best to foster a welcoming board for all to enjoy.
