Over cast, north wind, outgoing tide water 59.
Over all slow with 3 chunky spotted bay bass.
Making my way back to launch see a halibut get air out of the corner of my eye.
Frantically kick in that direction and fire off a handful of casts for nada.
See some bait jump behind me so I burn my swimbait in for another cast.......get slammed.
