This just happened and surprised the heck out of me.

OK this is off topic but I have to share it I cannot believe this happened. I have been nominated for teacher of the year 2025. Everyone came in to my classroom at one time and at first I thought oh man what did I do. I quickly noticed the smiles and my superintendent quickly explained to me why they were stopping by. That is when the banner rolled out in class.
This is a big honor, and I am proud to share it with everyone. Of course this is just the first step. As I understand it this is a competition to be number one in California. So for now I will just enjoy being nominated for Teacher of the 2025.
