I shore pounded yesterday and I ended up landing 16 fish. (14) fourteen LMB (most 2.5 to 3 lbs) and (2) Catfish, which one of the cats weighed over 3 1/2 pounds. Nothing like the 21 pound cat caught a couple of weeks ago but still a great 🎣 tug!!
So it was a good day.
I fished from 11:30 AM until 3:00 PM.

I landed a healthy 3.38 lb LMB in my lake yesterday, my PB from my lake so far! People have told me that they have caught 7 and 8 pound LMB in my Lake. Things 🎣 are looking better! 🤪

Hey dan,
You should try out the new yamatanuki bait from yamamoto. Those things are taking the green bass scene by storm over here. I've caught some decent ones but the draw back is that they have the same durability issues as anything else yamamoto. Keep the fishing up!

Kin, do you have a color and size that you can cast (offer) my way?

I'm a fan of their "mimizu" color. Plum is always one of those things that I gravitate to for some reason. Second choice would be black/blue flake. I'm using the 4.25" mostly. I threw the 2.5" for spotties recently and they worked...but as i said, typical yamamoto plastic means one and done...got a little costly after session of dinks.

Thank you Kin! 👍🏻
I ordered the 3.5” yamatanuki in mimizu.
They arrive tomorrow.
I’ll try it on my Texas-rig and Free-rig set ups.
I look forward to trying it out and putting out the report w/ pic’s of how it performed in my lake.

Thank you
