Excellent Support From Caddis Sports, Inc.

During our last gathering I noticed that the apron's bungee hook lost it's elasticity.


Looking for a replacement, I visited the Caddis site and was unable to find one. So I sent an email to Caddis for some information on how to purchase this part and received a response the next day replying that they'll send me a complementary replacement free of charge.

nice coors did the same thing for my friend called the company up and said the beer was bad and they sent him $7 haha good C.S.

I sent Caddis an email lastnight after reading this post and guess what....I got email back asking for my address as well and they are sending me set out today.
That is just awsome and I am glad there are still some companys out there that still take care of there customers no matter how much or how little they spend with them
