That's what i use, the battery powered at my house to get the float 80% then at the the hand pump to top it off at the fishing site.

Getting ready to order a pump
Some of the pumps have a feature that locks out the upstroke from pushing air.
Does this feature make any difference in making the FT hard enough or does it even matter?
The Coleman pump does not have this feature
