Good choice man! You can still reach good fishing areas without the headaches that come with boat ownership!

Ya decided I couldn't get a boat that was big enough to make it worth all of the extra effort. After fishing the hobie on saturday I was really happy I made the purchase. The peddle system is awesome, way faster than paddling and makes maneuvering while fishing a heck of a lot easier.

ok guys, for the few that fish this what was your opion of the whole thing ?

may be things didnt go as they planed also cuz of the weather, they had to do some changes to overcome that...? like call it off earlier,..what else do you whant to point out?

1. here it is 2 days later and no up date
2. I didnt see him out on the boat the whole time I was there. In fact, I only seen 1 team the whole time.
3. with the weather the way it was, I would expect some kind of up date, email, txt or even a phone call to the guys who checked-in in the morning but did not check in after words to make sure everything was ok.
4. he showed up 1/2 hour late to his own event ?

I will say this, this is not the way I would have ran it.
In fact, because of this and I will be asking something from everyone at the gathering but its a simple request that I will share when we all meet up

there was, but everybody stared to quit the event and go home, by 1:30 him and his crew stared to patrol all of the channles looking for participants asking our team name and whereabouts team mates. I guess if he didnt see you he would assume you left the event. he was also monitoring channel 16

did you seem him eddie ?
where I was I can see all boats coming from the launch ramp and the main channel and anything coming or going off of lido island.
the whole day I only seen one team and 2 fishing boats and neither boats were him.
what type of boat was he in ?

they saw me paddling for my life! his crew on land trying to communicate but we couldnt hear eachother, so all i heard is; the boat is in his way!!! do you need assistence!!! 2 mint, later the boat came and ask me, are you still fishing or are you calling the day? wheres your partner? are you weighting any fish? so i said; im almost at my launch ramp, my parter is wating for me there, i dont have any fish to weight. after that we met at the place we sign in.

well from the looks and sounds of it looks like we may need to if we are fishing any more rounds with them.

Yeah Itchybass and I will be at the next event...atleast I will. I plan on winning the LAB event!
