AODTOURNAMENTS IS HAPPY TO PRESENT THE FIRST TOURNAMENT OF THE NEW TOURNAMENT SERIES. WHICH WILL BE TAKEN PLACE AT NEWPORT HARBOR,CA on APRIL 23RD, 2011!

SPECIES:

Spotted Bay Bass- Five bag limit- 13” requirement to be met as a legal cull.

ALLOWED:

Float-tubes, Kayaks, Shore-walkers, and Skiffs.

CULLING/DIGITAL PROCEDURE:

This tournament is based off of DIGITAL photos/videos, a picture of your fishes weight, DIGITAL SCALE ONLY! and a full picture of your fish, tip of the mouth to- the tip if the tail, along the tape measure. YOU MUST USE A TAPE-MEASURE (or official measurement device), NO RULERS. The pictures MUST be presented clear enough for a judge to be able to distinguish the weights/measurements of ALL your presented fish. ( We do this tournament in this fashion so less stress is put on the fish, and so, the fish has a better chance of being released back to it’s home.)

WEIGHT-INS:

This procedure will be introduced after the tournament itself’. You will present your DIGITAL CULL of fish to the judge so that the judge will be able to write down your weights and measurements. Keep this in mind, if your pictures/video come out blurry or unreadable the whole process slows down, not to mention, if deemed unreadable, that fish will not be counted towards your final weight. So, make sure you know how to work with your camera for clear pictures/videos!

DETERMINING THE WINNER:

The winner is determined by the addition of all the weights put together with five fish as one whole weight.

RULES/REGULATIONS:

-MUST SIGN A LIABILITY RELEASE FORM ([You must be registered and logged in to see this link.])
-Team ONLY
-Must have a digital camera
-Must have an official measuring device(NO RULERS)
- All fish must be 13”
- Artificial ONLY
- FOLLOW ALL REGULATED FISHING LAWS SET BY THE DFG
- HAVE FUN and BE SAFE!

Thanks sonarbp guys anyone want to get in on this as of now me and dano67 are in join up guys this is fun.

Guys this is a fun and easy way to get into tournament fishing. It only cost $30 bucks a team which is CHEAP and you get to meet other anglers that share the passion for fishing.
