I while back I decided to fish Glorietta bay off of Coronado. I saw a boat ramp and thought.. that should be an easy launch and landing.
The launch in the tube went flawless. After a few hours of fishing and the tide going out I decided to call it a day. I got to the ramp and when I stood up I went down on my keister! I didn't get hurt but talk about embarassing. That ramp was very slippery. Well the next time I went out and returned I realized that spill put several scratches on the seat of my breathable waders. I hit Sports Authority and got some shoe goo. I cleaned the inside of the wader with alcohol and applied the goo with a piece of cardboard. I tried to make it a thin and level layer. I let it set up for a week and went back out. Only a small leak this time. I did a second helping of goo on a few areas I did not do before. Now I will see if the small leak is completely gone this Friday when I launch out of Tidelands park. Morale of the story...
