I have had this minor hole in the foot of my waders for a long time now and I fianlly feel the urge to talk about fixing it. If there is anything to do please let me know. Not much water is getting in but once it's in there it dosent seem to come out until I dump it out.

Heres what i'm working with[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Any advice would be appreciated.

I picked mines up at west marine in long beach I think they have aqua seal also. Just make sure the spot your going to fix is clean and dry and apply the sealant like shoe goo and let it dry

Hi im new on here but saw your thread. I have a pair of stocking foot waders had a mouse chew 2 half dollar sized holes in them. One in the back of the knee one in the toe. Im no seamstress and I put some sloppy stitches in each and a couple coats of aquaseal and have used them several times with no leaks. Hope this helps.

aquaseal is the way to go bro! That S**t works amazingly good! I fix my bladder leaks with this as well. Good to have a tube handy all the time. Sport Chalet has it. I fixed my booties from the inside too, not just the outside. It helps alot if you wear some type of shoes over the neoprene booties to prolong the waders. I've learned that the hard way.

Get a cheap pair of flip flops. Cut off the straps. Aquaseal to bottom of neoprene socks.

Adjust fin straps to accommodate.
