I want to paint my PVA rod racks that are raw material white. That bright white will scare away any nearby fish (so will my white legs when the water warms and I don't need waders!) Was thinking about spraying them a nice blue or black to match the Fishcat colors, or possibly a florescent orange for added safety from the crazy azz Lake Perris boaters. Is there one brand or type of paint that will stand up well to the constant sunlight and water better than another brand? I know all aerosol spray paint will eventually start to fade and chip off, but I just wondered if there was a good one that will be more durable. Thanks guys-

I believe there is I had asked a worker for my local Home Depot and he told me exactly what to use! I forgot what it's called because I used it all and threw the bottle away. It's special for plastic and won't come off with water! Go ask someone from your local hardware store. But I assume yes you do need special paint! Hope that helped a but! salute

^That's the best one, IMO. Krylon Fusion for Plastics. It's still going to rub off at some point, but it'll hold up better than most. Just be sure to let it dry/set for a few days before getting it wet.
