I'm absolutely new to float tube fishing. I was given a float tube, fins, and a wet suit by a friend some years ago when his health failed, and have decided to give it a try, now that I've retired. I've been dusting off all the old fishing poles and tackle, figuring out what I can use, and what I can't.
I've had to give up fly fishing due to carpal tunnel. I just can't cast like that any more. I suspect that most of my fishing will be with my old Mitchel spinning reels.
Now I have to find a body of water bigger than my bird bath.
