Got my demo reels today

I really like the attempt to save as much weight as possible. I have been taking classes on solid works and learning how to do 3D modeling so as I look at this I can see it in my head piece by piece.

I have them installed on rods and waiting for tomorrow. I wasn't planing on fishing as there wont be a lot of movement. But I only have them for a week so I better get out there. The ironic thing is that I will be at Irvine lake tonight but fishing will the last thing on my mind. It is the finale for a XC mountain bike series that have been dowing the last two years.

these things are sweet. I can throw the bait caster about twice as far as my old Abu Black Max. And both are soo smooth. I don't really notice a great difference from the spinner and my Shimano Sahar. but the bait caster will be a consideration.
