I live in Nebraska and recently retired so I have lots more time to fish. I can't afford a boat and all that goes with owning one so I have decided that floating is the next best thing and looks like a lot of fun. Being a total newbie to the sport I come here to seek advice and recommendations and to make some new acquaintances in the process.

Sorry, no I don't know him. I am not into hunting that much. I know, being in a state that is famous for pheasants. My knees can't take the pounding anymore. Even if I could afford a boat I'm really not sure if I could do the climbing into it when its on the trailer etc.
