Sorry for the late report. Been a little busy.
I'll make this quick,
Headed out with my uncle to the newly re-opened Litte Lake (formally Anglers Lake) in Hemet last Friday. Arrived at the lake a little late in the morning (10am) due to lack of directions.
We found a section of shoreline, did the bait-n-wait, We ended up a few nice rainbows, a called it a day at 2:30pm.
This is gonna be a great lake to fish next trout season or maybe this summer. From what one of the lake's host told me, there is plans to add bass and panfish to the lake. This lake had a major overhaul. It was dredge down to 10-12ft and various types of underwater structure was added.
The lake is currently managed by the same staff that manages DVL, so there are strict guidelines to follow when fishing this lake.
