Yesterday sucked. I had to go to my orthopedic doctor for a cortisone injection into my right knee. I figured the way to make the pain decrease is to go fishing. I first drove from Torrance to El Porto and let me tell you the wind was howling and there were whitecaps everywhere. I tried to fish there for about 30 minutes, but it was just unfishable.
I then drove to the LBC where conditions were much calmer. I fished for about an hour and only managed to catch 1 flat jack on a Jack O' Lantern Fools Bait on the 1/4oz darter head. Nothing huge, but sure beats a skunk. [i[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]mg]
